Notes: My first rankings was just minor tweaks but after two weeks of basketball being played some big changes needed to be made. Only one new team into the rankings and that is undefeated Kent Denver and only one team dropped out and that is Colorado Academy. Colorado Academy will more than likely return they are very talented but I couldn’t drop Lutheran or Faith since they were already ranked so high and lost to top ten opponents. The biggest jump was Sterling from 9 to 4 and have played a tough schedule with one out of state loss. I am sure more well get situated out in the coming weeks. |

Notes: First big week of game out of the way and some big changes in the rankings. Sanford dropped from the #1 team because of two losses. Sedgwick County takes over as the #1 team and well find out more about this team as the season progresses but so far they look to be very tough. Highland and Paonia trade places due to Paonia loss to Coal Ridge. Del Norte makes the biggest leap from 9 to 4 because of losses ahead of them and their very tough schedule to open the year. Akron and Peyton join the rankings after starting undefeated and picking up a few key wins. Dropping out is Crowley County after a loss to Limon and Rocky Ford and Burlington after going 1-2 to open the season. |

Notes: Two weeks into the season and already the rankings needed a huge mix up. We have a brand new #1 team in Holly after Fleming was upset by Weldon Valley and Holly is playing really good basketball right now. The biggest move of the Weldon Valley moving from #9 to #2 following the big upset. Sierra Grande also join the top 4 following an undefeated start and Cheyenne Wells rounds out the top 4. Only one new team into the mix and that is Eads and Kit Carson drops all the way out of the rankings following a loss to Wiley. |
