Top Returning O-Lines Class 2A

Picking the top returning Offensive Lineman was a very challenging feat.  It was a lot of digging through who was lost and who is coming back.  An offensive line could be hurt by departures of a few players or could be strengthen.  This was one of the toughest things to pick so I am not putting them in any order.

High School Breakdown
La Junta HS Potentially losing all 5 starters but La Junta always seems to develop offensive lineman.  A big Junior class will have to step up to replace holes left by the seniors.  Ryan Metzger, Syrus Carrillo, and Alexavier Vigil all top 240 Lbs and could anchor the offensive line.
Platte Valley HS Potentially losing just 3 offensive linemen this group will be needed to step up until replacements at the skill positions could be found.  A deep class of juniors and sophomore will fill the holes left by the seniors.  The offensive line will be key to developing a new QB and RB.
Resurrection Christian Losing a huge senior class that potentially includes 4 starting offensive linemen.  Resurrection Christian though seems to always have solid replacements and look to Tyler Prebish and Elias Naranjo to step up and lead the Offensive line.
Salida HS Potentially losing 3 or 4 starters on the offensive line could potentially hurt but a solid group of returning juniors should fill the holes.  Keegan Piencikowski, David Anderson, and Trevor Lucero should lead this group of offensive linemen.  Salida must hope for a big sophomore group to really step up as well.
Rifle HS Possibly losing 3 or 4 offensive linemen from last year’s team.  Rifle though has a big Junior class and a big Freshman class and both must step up heading into there senior and sophomore year’s.  I see potentially 5 starters with Dillon Tiffany, Dalton Stutsman, Noah Holbrook, Miguel Calvillo, and Ethan Mackley.
Englewood HS Englewood loses a smaller senior class and potentially just 1 offensive linemen.  Englewood could have the deepest returning offensive line coming back along with a solid QB.  Englewood has at least three returns breaking 230 Lbs and will lean on this offensive line to power them this year.
Delta HS Potentially losing 3 starters on the offensive line could hurt early on but look to Sheldon Cox, Odin Higgs, and Ethan Lawrence to solidify the offensive line.  Of course a couple of holes will need to be filled but I see Delta offensive line as been one of the best in Class 2A.
D’Evelyn HS Potentially losing 2 or 3 starters on the offensive line.  D’Evelyn has a solid Junior & Sophomore class that will have to step up and fill the holes.  D’Evelyn could look to Jake Braun and Bryan Mack to lead the offensive line.  D’Evelyn offensive line will be key to their season.  If D’Evelyn can find consistency on the offensive line it will allow their skill position players to get up to speed.
Machebeuf HS Machebeuf loses just 4 seniors from there entire team last year.  Included in that group potentially was 3 offensive linemen.  Machebeuf will return plenty of key players at the skill position but also some talent on the offensive line.  Look for Kodiak Kessle, Roman Benevides, and Jack Costin to lead this offensive line.
Faith Christian HS Faith Christian potentially is losing 3 or 4 offensive linemen but always seem to produce solid offensive linemen.  Faith Christian returns a ton at skill position and will need there offensive line to come together quick to produce another big year.
Aspen HS Potentially losing just 2 offensive linemen Aspen could be a team to watch for.  Aspen potent passing attack must find solid offensive linemen but look for Aidan Ledingham and Ben Spicer to lead this offensive line.
Eaton HS Eaton always seems to be hurt by graduation but always produce solid offensive linemen.  Eaton potentially is losing there entire offensive line but they have some size coming up with Tanner True and Hector Magana.  Eaton offensive line must come together this summer.
Middle Park HS Middle Park will lose just 6 seniors from last year’s team.  Middle Park will lose just 2 offensive linemen and will return the core from their team.  This group may not be the biggest, but Shug Reynolds and Kyle Brumley will lead this group.
The Classical Academy Another big senior class leaves TCA but a big Junior class will move into starting roles as seniors.  TCA has 4 juniors over 220 Lbs plus some big sophomores.  TCA must find a consistent offensive line to give their skill players time to develop.
Lamar HS Lamar could be a team to watch this year with plenty of talent at the skill positions returning.  Finding consistent offensive linemen will be key for Lamar.  Rigo Yanez, Sy Spitz, and Alex Castaneda must all step up for Lamar to have a big year.
Other Offensive Lines to Watch Bennett, Alamosa, Sterling, Pagosa Springs, Basalt, Kent Denver, University
