These teams have either locked up the league championship or this will tell us what they need to do to lock up the league championship. If the league is not listed, then still too many questions for it to be decided.
Class 2A
| Colorado League: Englewood and Ridge View Academy are tied and they play each other this week, Winner wins the league title. |
| Flatirons League: Faith Christian with a win over D’Evelyn win the league, If D’Evelyn win it forces three-way tie with Faith Christian, Bennett, and D’Evelyn. Points will be used to break tie. |
| Intermountain League: If Pagosa Springs wins over Alamosa they win league, If Alamosa wins then it forces a three-way tie between Alamosa, Bayfield, and Pagosa Springs. |
| Patriot East League: If Sterling wins over Weld Central, they win league, If Weld Central win then it forces a three-way tie between Sterling, Platte Valley, and Weld Central |
| Patriot West League: Resurrection Christian |
| Tri-Peaks League: Classical Academy |
| Western Slope League: Rifle |
Class 1A
| Foothills League: Platte Canyon and Manual play each other this week. The Winner wins the League title. |
| North Central League: Limon and Holyoke play each other this week. The Winner wins the league title. |
| Northern League: If Strasburg wins over Flatirons Academy, they win the league, If Flatirons Academy wins then it forces a three-way tie between Strasburg, Flatirons Academy, and Highland. |
| Santa Fe League: Rocky Ford |
| Southern Peak League: If Centauri wins over Ignacio, they win the league. If Ignacio wins then it forces a three-way tie between Centauri, Monte Vista, and Ignacio. |
| Tri-Peaks League: Florence and C.S Christian play each other this week. The Winner wins the league title. |
| Western Slope League: Meeker and Hotchkiss play each other this week. The Winner wins the league title. |
