6-Man Football Playoff Projections Week 10
This year to reach the playoffs is simple. Either win your league title or be inside the top 16 of the CHSAA Rankings. After they select the 16 teams that make the playoffs, they use the CHSAA Rankings to seed the playoffs. We will have two projections listed. First is who I think makes the playoffs and the second is if the season ended today.

6-Man Playoff Predictions (Who I think make the playoffs)
This is who I think makes the playoffs and who wins the leagues. In 6-Man League champions are guaranteed a berth. The rest will be selected by CHSAA Rankings. Seeding is determined by CHSAA Rankings. I am picking my 12 At-Large teams via non-league schedules, remaining schedules, and how I think teams will do. Expect changes week to week, making these projections/predictions so early. League Champions are posted first then the At-Large Teams.

Playoff Hunt for Final Spots
Weldon Valley, Mountain Valley, Cheraw
I truly believe 14 of the 16 teams that make the playoffs are all but set. The biggest question mark is #15 & #16. The final game of the season could be make or break for many of the teams.
#15 Genoa-Hugo-Hanover. Genoa-Hugo will face #9 Hanover in their final game. Things are still very interesting for Genoa-Hugo. They lost to #16 Briggsdale but defeated #13 Flagler. Simple win and they are in but a loss will make things very interesting for the three teams chasing them.
#16 Briggsdale-Flagler. Briggsdale will face #13 Flagler in their final game. Briggsdale has a huge win over Genoa-Hugo but also a huge win over Weldon Valley who is at #17. Briggsdale and Genoa-Hugo are about 1.9 ahead of the teams chasing them.
#17 Weldon Valley-Antonito. Weldon Valley should easily win their final game and should give them at least a small chance of jumping into the top 16. If Genoa-Hugo falls to Hanover then possibly you could see Weldon Valley sneak in.
#18 Mountain Valley-Walsh. Pretty simple scenario for Mountain Valley. Upset Walsh who sits at #11 and you probably have a shot at getting into the playoffs.
#19 Cheraw-Primero. Cheraw would need a lot of help to get into the playoffs and must defeat Primero. Cheraw needs a lot of help to jump into the top 16.

I will seed & select the bracket with the CHSAA Rankings. Remember this is still early and things will change. The league champions I selected are at the top with the at-large berths following.
