·         Others: Brush, Sterling, Middle Park, Alamosa, Gunnison Notes: I am still much higher on La Junta than the Chsaanow.com rankings but all the ten teams ranked by me and ranked by Chsaa are the same. Order does differ in the top 5 they have Classical Academy ranked fifth and I have them 10th.

·         Others: Ellicott, Rye, Cedaredge, Peyton, Monte Vista Notes: In the Chsaa rankings they still have Buena Vista #1 ahead of Paonia and Strasburg both of which dominated in the opening week. I also had Bennett jump Crowley County. I am still much higher on Hotchkiss than Chsaa but lower on Rye.

·         Others: Granada, Wiley, Sangre De Cristo, Holly, Kiowa Notes: It took Chsaa a week to move Dayspring into the #1 spot I had them preseason ranked at #1. I am still not as high on Sedgwick County as Chsaa but they do have two impressive victories to open the season.   I almost went Holly at #10 but went with Fowler after a nice opening week victory.

·         Others: Cheyenne Wells, Hi-Plains, Pawnee, Hanover, Peetz, Briggsdale Notes: This is where I start getting frustrated with the Chsaa rankings and maybe the team will prove me wrong. Sierra Grande is #6 they played an Easy first game and Walsh and North Park both played tougher games. I don’t see how Sierra Grande is ranked but that is why they play the game.   Besides that I easily could have ranked Cheyenne Wells but kept them off and Briggsdale is climbing very quickly with me as well. I still have Cotopaxi higher than La Veta which could be wrong but they play each other for a reason.
