Dropped out: Colorado Academy (8), Resurrection Christian (9)

 Notes: The top 7 have been nearly consistent week in and week out they may swap positions but there is a very big difference from the top 7 to the rest of the class. #8 Manitou Springs is the closest to making the top 8 consistent but they have played a brutal schedule playing 4 top 10 teams.   Colorado Academy and Resurrection Christian drop out. I completely missed on Resurrection Christian and should not have ranked them.   I am still looking for some team in the #9 and #10 spot to step up and hold down a spot. This week Eaton rejoins the rankings for the 3rd time at #9 and they have a tough schedule still ahead of them. The other new team is #10 St. Mary’s Academy who beat Colorado Academy. I am still not sold on St. Mary’s Academy but I am giving them a shot over another team because they have been on a good run.

Dropped out: Highland (8)

 Notes: I decided to swap some rankings spots around after relooking through schedule and seeing I missed some games. I moves Swink to #4 after looking though their schedule I believe they are better than Soroco. I moved Soroco back one spot to #5. Holyoke jumps to #6 after I missed that they have already beat Wray and Wray lost to Chase County which is a good loss but I missed a game. Wray is at #7 ahead of #8 Haxtun who they beat head to head. Simla moves up a spot because of Highland losing to Heritage Christian in 1A.   Lyons rejoins the rankings at #10 which they should have been last week I missed that they have already beat Highland. Highland drops to #11 but are very close to #10. I feel much better about the order of the rankings. I thought about switching Yuma and Del Norte but both are playing good basketball so I left them alone.

 Notes: Another week of no new teams into the rankings despite Briggsdale at #8 losing. I feel no teams outside the top ten are ready or better than Birggsdale. Once again I had to shift the #11 thru #20 due to teams losing. We do have a new #2 team in Heritage Christian after Fleming lost a close game to #1 Kit Carson. Fleming falls one spot to #3. Kiowa and South Baca move up one spot because Kim/Branson lost to South Baca.   Kim/Branson is #7. Jim Elliot and La Veta move up 1 spot each and Briggsdale close out the top 10.
