I am picking my Top Returning QB’s based on last year’s stats and team finishes. If your team has a new starting QB it will be hard to judge but halfway through the year I will update this list. (Just a note: Sedgwick County has a new QB so will be interesting to see where he falls when we redo the list at the midpoint of the season.)
