MileHigh Prep Report Girls Basketball Week 11 Rankings (Class 4A thru 1A)

Final week of the regular season. Districts for Class 3A thru 1A start next week and winning in your final week could make a big difference in seeding. In Class 4A you are fighting for seeding in the State Tournament this week. Should be a great week of games and look for a ton of info coming out this week.

Class 4A

Notes: No changes till the bottom of the rankings. Resurrection Christian gets defeated twice by Berthoud and fall out of the rankings. They are replaced by Berthoud who joins the rankings for the first time at #10.

Class 3A

Notes: Not a ton of movement in Class 3A and no new teams. The only big change was Grand Valley falling from #4 to #8 after losing by 1 to North Fork. North Fork almost joins the rankings, but previous losses keep them out. St. Mary’s makes the biggest move up this week from #7 to #5.

Class 2A

Notes: We have one of our most consistent weeks in Class 2A this season. No changes in the top 10 till #6. Wray fell to Heritage Christian and drop out of the rankings, but just barely. Gilpin County joins the rankings for the first time this season. Gilpin County has head-to-head wins over Heritage Christian and Denver Christian. I don’t expect to see Wray out of the rankings long especially once they are healthy.

Class 1A

Notes: Minimal changes this week in Class 1A this week. Just come reshuffling inside the top 10. I am very interesting to see what happens in Class 1A in the final week.
