Class 1A Football Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals and Full Bracket

First, this is just my opinion.  I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 1A bracket turns out.  Second, Good Luck to all teams!  I do not cheer against any teams.  A Full Preview of all matchups will be posted tomorrow or Friday.

Class 1A Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals Only

#1 Limon over #8 Banning Lewis

I think this could be a very underrated matchup.  Banning Lewis had a great defensive performance against Wiggins.  Banning Lewis will need to do the same thing if not improve again.  Limon will be tasked with a tough rushing offense and will look to get the offense rolling again this week.  This will be a physical matchup.

#4 Meeker over #5 Buena Vista

Meeker dominated this matchup last time they meet winning 42 to 14.  I do not expect that this time around and expect a defensive battle this time.  Both teams want to run the ball so winning the line of scrimmage will be key.  Look for both teams defensively to play physical and fast especially against the run.

#2 Holyoke over #7 Wray

Best game of the Quarterfinals without a doubt.  I have flopped my prediction multiple times and I am still torn.  Wray dominated in the opening round against Centauri and play fast.  Holyoke took a while to get going but eventually dominated in their game.  Experience I think could be key and Wray has the experience over Holyoke.  This should be a fantastic game.

#6 Strasburg over #3 Gunnison

Who wins the line of scrimmage will be key.  Gunnison will look to get their rushing attack going and that will be key for Gunnison to have success.  Strasburg offensively is a bit more balanced in their attack, but I still believe who wins the line of scrimmage gets this win.  Both teams will have to play physical to get this win.
