6-Man Football Playoff Predictions Semifinals and Full Bracket
First, this is just my opinion. I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 6-man bracket turns out. Second, Good Luck to all teams! I do not cheer against any teams. We will have a full breakdown of the games posted today or tomorrow by Kerry Sherman.
6-Man Playoff Predictions Semifinals Only
#1 Stratton over #4 Idalia
This will be a physical football game with special teams and defense making the key difference. Stratton continues to play great football with one goal in mind and that is winning another state championship. Stratton has dominated both games in the playoffs breaking 40 points in both games while their defense putting teams away early. Idalia grabbed a very nice win over Walsh last week and will look to avenge a 57 to 13 loss to Stratton earlier in the year. Players to Watch: Cyler Notter (Stratton), Charlie Tagtmeyer (Stratton), Brody Webb (Stratton), Tarek Glanz (Idalia), Gabe Kechter (Idalia), Tate Towns (Idalia).
#2 Otis over #6 Cheyenne Wells
One of the best games of the week regardless of class. Otis vs Cheyenne Wells will be physical and will be a great game. I think this turns into a high scoring affair with both teams fighting for possession of the line of scrimmage. I think whichever team is more physical wins this game as well. I have flopped my picks multiple times and I am going with Otis in this game. I expect both teams to bring the fire and this will be a great game. Both teams have plenty of weapons and turnovers will be another key to this game. Players to Watch: Austin Hornung (Otis), Erick Thorn (Otis), Tayte Smith (Otis), Trey Scheler (Cheyenne Wells), Perry Chadwick (Cheyenne Wells), and Chason Turner (Cheyenne Wells).
