8-Man Football Playoff Predictions Semifinals and Full Bracket

8-Man Playoff Predictions Semifinals Only

#1 Mancos over #4 Lyons

We are very lucky in 8-Man to have a pair of amazing games in the semifinals. These two teams meet I the Quarterfinals last season. Mancos vs Lyons should be a great game with both teams playing great football coming into the matchup. I am giving the slight edge to Mancos. I think their playoff experience of the past few seasons is the difference in the game. Lyons did not make it to the Semifinals and now have the long road trip to Mancos. My guess is this is a game in the 28-to-40-point range. I think a key stop or two could be the difference in this game. Both teams have dynamic QBs and this should be a great matchup. Players to watch: Kail Wayman (Mancos), Levi Martin (Mancos), Kaiden Wyatt (Mancos), Miles Dumbauld (Lyons), Malik Sigg-Brown (Lyons), and Keenan Young (Lyons).

#2 Simla over #3 Haxtun

A rematch of the Semifinals of a year ago and once again they meet in the Semifinals. Simla defeated Haxtun last season and expect both teams to come out with some fire in this game. I expect a defensive game in this matchup with both teams breaking the 20-point mark but each clamping down and making key stops. Defense will be a big key, but I also think whichever team can make key adjustments prior to the game and at halftime get the win. I am excited to watch this game on Saturday and I think you have a pair of QBs in this matchup as well that can be difference makers. A lot of playmakers on both sides of the ball but giving the slight edge to Simla playing on their home turf. Playmakers to watch: Caston Cox (Simla), TJ Eurich (Simla), Brent Bowker (Simla), Grant Statz (Haxtun), Kailin Kelley (Haxtun), and Ryland Wolff (Haxtun).
