Baseball predictions are one of the hardest things to do in sports. Remember with these predictions these are just for fun and I am not cheering against any teams. Region 1

#1 Eaton over #32 Kent Denver

#16 Jefferson Academy over #17 Timnath

#1 Eaton over #16 Jefferson Academy

The game to watch in region one is Jefferson Academy vs Timnath. This should be a good contest between these two teams. Winner will get a shot to try and knock off the defending state champions in Eaton.

Region 8

#8 Forge Christian over #25 Gunnison

#9 Manitou Springs over #24 The Academy

#9 Manitou Springs over #8 Forge Christian

This is going to be a very tough region. All four teams can win this region and should make for a great day of baseball. If Manitou Springs and Forge Christian square off in the regional finals expect a great game.

Region 5

#5 Coal Ridge over #28 Pagosa Springs

#12 Montezuma-Cortez over #21 Valley

#12 Montezuma-Cortez over #5 Coal Ridge

I have gone back and forth on this region. If Coal Ridge and Montezuma-Cortez square off in the regional final this will be a fantastic game. Valley is another team who could cause of chaos and that is what is making me hesitate on my predictions. Regardless I think we have some great matchups.

Region 4

#4 Resurrection Christian over #29 North Fork

#13 Lamar over #20 Platte Valley

#4 Resurrection Christian over #13 Lamar

Lamar vs Platte Valley should be a great matchup in the opening round. I do worry both teams have to throw their best and possibly face Resurrection Christian who has proven to be a top team. I still think Lamar or Platte Valley can challenge Rez.

Region 2

#2 Berthoud over #31 Basalt

#15 Wellington over #18 Prospect Ridge

Wellington vs Prospect Ridge is the matchup to watch in this region. Both will hope to win and take their shot at the #2 team in the state. Berthoud will be tested in their opening round but look for them to be ready for the regional finals.

Region 7

#7 Delta over #26 Highland

#10 Classical Academy over #23 Brush

#7 Delta over #10 Classical Academy

TCA I think can be challenged by Brush. Brush has shown at times this season to be a team to challenge top teams and look for them to try and push TCA. Highland also is in the same boat playing in the Patriot League. If Delta and TCA meet in the regional finals this could be one of the better games on Saturday.

Region 6

#6 Colorado Academy over #27 Roaring Fork

#11 Sterling over #22 La Junta

#6 Colorado Academy over #11 Sterling

This is another region that I am very unsure about. Sterling comes into regionals not playing their best baseball and I have them on upset alert against a tough La Junta team. I do think if Sterling can get by La Junta they will challenge Colorado Academy and should make for a great regional finals. That is if CA defeats a pesky Roaring Fork team.

Region 3

#3 University over #30 Bennett

#14 Peak to Peak over #19 Englewood

#3 University over #14 Peak to Peak

If Peak to Peak and University meet up in the regional finals I expect a close contest early. Peak to Peak should be tested by Englewood but ultimately, I think their tough schedule helps them prevail. University will be looking for another return trip to the State Tournament.
