MileHigh Prep Report Top Returning O-Lines Class 1A
Picking the top returning Offensive Lineman was a very challenging feat. It was a lot of digging through who was lost and who is coming back. An offensive line could be hurt by departures of a few players or could be strengthen. This was one of the toughest things to pick so I am not putting them in any order. If you think I am missing someone or have the wrong info, please message me so I can fix.

| Limon HS | Limon is your defending state champions and a big part to their success last season was their offensive line was dominate. They racked up over 5000 yards of total offense. Limon will lose a very good senior class and leave some big holes. Limon will turn to a new group of leaders and will have at least one starter back. Limon is well coached and have plenty of tradition so don’t expect a huge step back. |
| Wray HS | Wray made the playoffs last season falling in the Semifinals and now they look to make that final step this season. Wray will return 4 if not all 5 starters on the offensive line. Wray will lean on a very good senior class and this offensive line could power Wray offensively to being dominate. |
| C.S Christian | C.S Christian made the playoffs last year but were defeated in the first round. C.S Christian will return a talented senior class and look to make a deep run this season. C.S Christian returns at least 3 starters on the offensive line if not 4. The offensive line could lead an explosive offensive attack for C.S Christian. |
| Buena Vista HS | Buena Vista made the playoffs last season falling in the Quarterfinals. Buena Vista will have a few holes to fill on the offensive line but return a quality core back. Buena Vista should return 3 if not more starters on the offensive line and this group should power a run heavy offense this season. |
| Monte Vista HS | Monte Vista missed out on the playoffs last season going 6-3 and were the first team out. Monte Vista was young up front last season starting 3 freshmen at some points in the season. This year the offensive line will start to be a strength returning 4 starters from a season ago. This groups growth will be key to the offense of Monte Vista taking a step forward. |
| Wiggins HS | Wiggins made the playoffs a season ago falling in the opening round. Wiggins was young across the board and now return key pieces to help this team be a huge threat. Wiggins returns at least 3 starters on the offensive line and have plenty of leadership back. Wiggins should see their offense become explosive this season and will be because of a tough offensive line. |
| Holyoke HS | Holyoke made the playoffs a season ago falling in the Quarterfinals. Holyoke had a young offensive line last season and will return a group that will have to be the leaders this season. Holyoke returns 4 starters on the offensive line and this group will be key to Holyoke finding success this season. Holyoke lost some talented skill position players but look for the offensive line to step up this year. |
| Highland HS | Highland started the season 0-4 last season before winning 5 straight games and making the playoffs. Highland will look to build off the momentum of last season. Highland will return at least 3 starters on the offensive line. Highland will look for this group to help power the offense this season. |
| Platte Valley HS | Platte Valley makes the move from Class 2A down to Class 1A this season and will be a threat right away. Platte Valley will have a few holes to fill on the offensive line but return key pieces and size. At least 3 starters return on the offensive line and should make for a good core. |
| Centauri HS | Centauri made the playoffs last season falling in the opening round. Centauri has some big holes to fill on the offensive line this season losing 4 if not all 5 starters on the offensive line. Don’t expect Centauri to take a step backwards though as they are well coached and have plenty of tradition. Look for some new names to step up this year. |
| Meeker HS | Meeker made the playoffs last season falling in the Semifinals. Meeker lose a very good senior class and will have some key holes to fill on the offensive line. Meeker could be looking for four or five starters on the offensive line. Meeker is well coached and have tradition so don’t expect the Cowboys to step backwards and just retool. |
| North Fork | North Fork made the playoffs last season falling in the first round. North Fork will be reloading their offensive line this season losing a solid senior class that took 4 if not all 5 starters on the offensive line. North Fork has some size coming up and look for a well-coached team to not take a step backwards. |
| Flatirons Academy | Flatirons Academy missed the playoffs last season going 4-5. Flatirons Academy was very young last season up front with just 1 senior graduating. Flatirons Academy will look for some new leadership but with the core of the offensive line coming back look for Flatirons Academy to have a better offensive season this year. |
| Cedaredge HS | Cedaredge made the playoffs last season falling in the first round to Limon. Cedaredge had a young offensive line last season losing just 1 senior. Cedaredge will return 4 of their 5 starters and this group will be tasked with stepping up this season. Cedaredge skill position group was hit hard by graduation and the offensive line must step up. |
| Yuma HS | Yuma made the playoffs last season falling in the first round. Yuma will be looking for a deeper run this season and return a very good group of upcoming seniors. Yuma will have some holes to fill on the offensive line but look for the upcoming seniors and juniors to fill those holes. |
| Burlington HS | Burlington missed the playoffs last season going 1-8. Burlington will be looking to bounce back this season and return a good group up front that should help power the offense. Burlington returns at least 3 starters on the offensive line and should be the workhorses for the offense this season. |
| Denver Christian | Denver Christian missed the playoffs last season going 4-5. Denver Christian will be looking to make the playoffs this year and will turn to their offensive line to make big improvements. Denver Christian returns at least 3 starters on the offensive line. Denver Christian will look for their offensive line to be leaders until the skill position group gets going. |
