8-Man Football Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals and Full Bracket

First, this is just my opinion.  I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 6-man bracket turns out.  Second, Good Luck to all teams!  I do not cheer against any teams.  We will have a full preview of the first-round games posted yesterday.

8-Man Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals Only

#1 Haxtun over #8 Sanford

This will be the second meeting between these two teams.  Haxtun cruised to a 60 to 0 win over Hoehne in the opening round.  Sanford went into OT to defeat Springfield 20 to 18.  Sanford is improved since their game against Haxtun.

#5 Byers over #4 Mancos

Mancos cruised to a 48 to 6 win over Plateau Valley.  Byers also cruised to a 44 to 14 win over Merino.  The main question for this game is can Byers play physical football to match the physical style of Mancos.  I think this will be a great game!

#2 McClave over #7 Simla

McClave had to sweat it out in their opening round win over Dayspring Christian 20 to 8.  McClave scored just 1 offensive TD with the other two coming on defense and special teams.  Simla was in a tight battle in the first quarter then opened things up the rest of the way and won 43 to 16.  Simla is looking for revenge from their earlier season loss.  This should be another great game!

#3 Akron over #11 Sedgwick County

Akron was in a shootout in their opening round game defeating Clear Creek 46 to 34.  Akron must play better defense this week and keep the offense rolling.  Sedgwick County played great defense in their 24 to 0 win over #6 West Grand.  Sedgwick County will look to bring the defensive clamps this week against Akron.
