Class 1A Football Playoff Predictions Semifinals and Full Bracket

First, this is just my opinion.  I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 1A bracket turns out.  Second, Good Luck to all teams!  I do not cheer against any teams.  A Full Preview of all matchups will be posted later today.

Class 1A Playoff Predictions Semifinals

#1 Wray over #5 Buena Vista

Wray was challenged by Highland in the first half last week before waking up and playing great in the second half.  Wray will be tested by the spread and physical offense of Buena Vista.  Buena Vista played one of their best games of the season last week against Holyoke.  Buena Vista will need a similar effort this week.  Wray defensively I think makes the difference.

#2 Forge Christian over #3 Limon

It’s very hard to pick against Limon in the playoffs.  Limon held on late against Wiggins collecting the 9 point win.  Limon has played tough defense in both the first round and Quarterfinal games.  This will be a huge test for their defense this week.  Forge Christian has cruised in their first two games.  They have yet to give up any points in the playoffs.  They will have to match the physical play of Limon this week.

  1. No way does Wray gets by Buena Vista. They have a healthy team and they’re running game is unbelievable at the moment between Trey Cardwell and Eli Scheutnek.. That alone will be too much for Wray to handle. You know Vista defense gets better every week. They had like four sacks last week. Don’t expect a blowout at all, but I do think Buena Vista will win this one. 28 to 14 is my prediction.
