First, this is just my opinion.  I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 2A bracket turns out.  Second, Good Luck to all teams!  I do not cheer against any teams.  A Full Preview of all matchups will be posted Friday.

Class 2A Playoff Predictions Semifinals

#9 Wellington over #13 Eaton

Two teams I felt were seeded way lower than they should have been meet up in the Semifinals.  Eaton has defeated the #4 and #5 seeds using their defense.  Wellington defeated the #8 and #1 seeds to reach the semifinals also using their defense.  Don’t expect a high scoring game and probably the team to hit 21 wins this game.  This will be a very physical football game, and I can see either team win this game.

#3 Classical Academy over #2 Basalt

These two teams were in my opinion seeded correctly and they have proved it reaching the semifinals.  Basalt has played well to reach the semifinals blowing past The Academy and playing excellent defense against Sterling.  Classical Academy also blew past their first-round opponent and last week had to score late to defeat #6 Berthoud.  I have gone back and forth on this prediction, and I think this will be a great game.  Control the line of scrimmage and you will win this game.
