The Wray Eagles are your Class 1A State Champions. Wray defeated Forge Christian 48 to 21. Wray would jump out to a quick 20 to 0 lead early in the second quarter but Forge Christian would respond with a long Kickoff Return to cut the lead to 20 to 7. Wray would once again turn to their rushing attack and take their second long run to the house and extend the lead to 28 to 7 with around 6 minutes left. Wray would add onto the lead again pushing their lead to 36 to 7. Forge Christian would cut into the lead before halftime but would trail 36 to 14 going into halftime. Wray would come out giving up some yards after halftime but a huge red zone stop would put the game away and give Wray the Class 1A State Championship.
