We have one month left of regular season play and we wanted to update our League Predictions plus update our regional contenders. We will have the 32 teams we think make the playoffs plus We will also list the 3 to 6 players we think are in the hunt for the MHPR Player of the League as well. Remember this is all for fun and we are not cheering against any team.

3A/2A/1A San Juan

The 3A/2A/1A San Juan League will get an automatic berth into regionals. Only the top team regardless of Class will get the automatic berth. Dove Creek is my new pick to win the San Juan League. Dove Creek, Ridgway, and Nucla would get to regionals if the season ended today. Ouray is also a regional contender sitting at #36 but will need a strong February.

The Mile High League will get an automatic berth into regionals. Only the top team regardless of Class will get the automatic berth. Bishop Machebeuf is my pick to win the Mile High League. A good portion of the league are regional contenders will 11 of the 13 schools being regional contenders. Clear Creek and Gilpin County are not in regional contention both sit outside the top 40. 8 school currently would get into regionals if it started today.

Plateau Valley would be the only host school currently.

If the season ended today only Simla would get into regionals as they are the only team ranked inside the top 32. Liberty Tree, Calhan, and Kiowa are regional contenders but all three sit outside the top 32 currently.
