2A Wrestling State Championships Recap by Tyler Buhr
The 2025 State Championships are over and we have had some time to relish in the accomplishments but now let’s remind ourselves of the great victories that took place amongst the 2A state wrestling stage.
Before we dive into the team races and how those shook out, we need to talk about the achievement of the weekend. Fowler’s Traven Sharon became the 35th member of the four-timers club on finals night after securing his 126-pound crown via a pin late in the second period. An accomplishment that cannot be congratulated enough, to Travan, his family, his coaches, the school of Fowler, and the surrounding community, congratulations!
