Class 3A Girls State Tournament Predictions
We are a few days from the State Tournament kicking off. We will have predictions out Today, Tomorrow and Wednesday. I will give my predictions for all 4 Classes boys and girls. Wednesday we will preview Class 1A thru 3A Boys & Girls. If you would like to share your predictions, I would love to see everyone’s thoughts. Also, remember we are not cheering against any team, this is something we have done since we started the website, and we are wrong all the time!
Class 3A Boys State Tournament Predictions
Elite 8 Predictions
#1 Resurrection Christian over #8 Strasburg
This was the lone loss of the year for Resurrection Christian and I expect another great matchup in the Elite 8. Look for both teams to set the tone and play their style of game. I think Rez Christian gets revenge for their only loss of the year.
#5 C.S Christian over #4 Cedaredge Best Matchup of the Elite 8
This should be a great game! Last year’s defending state champions are looking to defend their title and Cedaredge continues to play good basketball. This should be one of the best games in Class 3A Girls.
#2 Centauri over #10 Wiggins 2nd Best Matchup of the Elite 8
A lot of people have this as an upset but I think Centauri is well battle tested as is Wiggins. I think this is a great matchup with both teams playing great defense. This will be a great night cap to wrap up day #1 for the 3A Girls.
#6 Salida over #3 Denver Christian 3rd Best Matchup of the Elite 8
Welcome to another great opening round game of the Class 3A Girl’s tournament. In my opinion all four games of the opening round should be great games, and all 8 teams are close! I have switched this pick multiple times and I am going with Salida in a very close game. I could easily see either team win.

I think we are in for some AMAZING games In the Class 3A. I think the 8 teams who reached the state tournament all have a different scenario on how they can hoist the State Championship. I am very excited to see how everything boils down and I could easily see myself being way wrong, but I am excited for 3 great days of basketball.
