MileHigh Prep Report Top Returning O-Lines 8-Man Football
Picking the top returning Offensive Lineman was a very challenging feat. 8-Man makes things even tough as I have seen many offensive linemen with number 5 or pick a not offensive line number as the LG and it makes figuring out who is returning very tough. For 8-Man I am going to just list 10 Offensive Lines I expect to have big seasons this year. If you know the names of the starters send my way and I will list them!

Haxtun HS
Defending State Champions. They have been a force in the 8-man ranks and led by a strong offensive line year in and year out. They will have a few new names up front but look for them to dominate again this year.
Sanford HS
Sanford got to the Quarterfinals last season behind a JR lead offensive line. Look for them to take a big step forward this season and dominate with their run first offense. Sanford will be senior lead this year and look for them to make a deep run.
Mancos HS
Mancos was hit hard in the skill position group, but they return a handful of All-State returners up front. This unit has experienced success, and they will once again lead a very physical Mancos offense this season.
Akron HS
Akron reached the state championship last season and will look once again to make a deep run. Akron will have a few holes to fill up front, and they will be looking for some new names to step up this season. Akron will have at least one leader back on the offensive line so look for this unit to get up to speed quickly.
Byers HS
Byers lost a very good senior class last season, but they return a solid group of offensive linemen to help get the next group of skill position players ready to go. Byers looks to have lost just 1 Sr offensive lineman, and this unit will be critical to Byers having success this season.
Sedgwick County
Sedgwick County lost just 3 seniors from last year’s team, I believe all three were skill position players and that should make their offensive line a top unit this season. Sedgwick County is a team expected to be in contention this season and their offensive line could be the reason.
McClave HS
McClave lost just 4 seniors from last season and are poised for a deep run this year. McClave returns at least one All-State Offensive lineman and that is a key leader for the Cardinals. McClave will look to dominate up front with an experienced unit.
Springfield HS
Springfield made the playoffs last season and will lose a good senior class. Springfield was hit hard in the skill position group, but the offensive line group looks to return key pieces from last season. Springfield will look for their offensive line to lead the way.
Dayspring Christian
Dayspring Christian lost just 3 seniors from last season and 1 was an offensive lineman. Dayspring Christian returns at least two starters plus a strong running game that should take a big step forward this season. Look for this offensive line to be a strong point this year.
Hoehne
Hoehne returns a strong senior group and look for this offensive line to take command this year. Hoehne returns at least two starters on the offensive line and a team that reached the playoffs last season could improve this year.
Other Offensive Lines to Watch:
West Grand, Dove Creek, Clear Creek, Merino, Plateau Valley, Gilpin County, Rangely, Las Animas, Fowler, Lyons, Holly, St. Mary’s, Hayden, Elbert
