Class 1A Football Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals and Full Bracket

First, this is just my opinion.  I would love to hear or see your thoughts on how the 1A bracket turns out.  Second, Good Luck to all teams!  I do not cheer against any teams.  A Full Preview of all matchups will be posted later this week.

Class 1A Playoff Predictions Quarterfinals Only

#1 Buena Vista over #8 Meeker

This will be a physical game with whoever controls the line of scrimmage winning.  Both teams play different styles of play with Buena Vista going from Spread, I Formation, to Power I, while Meeker sticks to their double wing. 

#4 Centauri over #12 Highland

These two teams’ matchup very well and both run a similar style of offense.  Highland and Centauri both want to run the ball first and control the line of scrimmage and both can throw the ball.  Expect both defense to fly around and make key plays.  We could see a lot of points scored in this game.

#2 Limon over #10 Monte Vista

Physicality is going to be key in this matchup.  Control the line of scrimmage and win the game.  Both teams look to run first and control the tempo with their offenses.  Both team’s defenses will look to fly around and stop the run.  But whoever is more physical wins this game.

#6 Wray over #3 Burlington Game of the Week

A rematch from the regular season.  Wray won that matchup 28-18 and I expect an even closer game this time around.  Both teams look to run first with Burlington mainly looking to run all the time.  Wray can throw the ball a bit and could be the difference in this game.
