Note: I am just going to quickly give the rankings and a quick breakdown of what they are returning.  I will be doing my District/League Predictions for Class 1A thru 3A next week along with full Season Previews soon.  Games kickoff for Basketball December 1st.

#1Salida

Lost in Elite 8 to Denver Christian
Salida made the State Tournament last year falling in the Elite 8 to Denver Christian.  This was a key experience for a junior led team and they now have their sites on the crown.  Salida returns their top 4 scorers from last season.  Look for Braeden Johnson (20.1 ppg) and Graysa Kindle (10.1 ppg) to have big years.
#2C.S Christian

Took 3rd Place, defeated Wiggins
C.S Christian made the State Tournament last year and finished in 3rd place defeating Wiggins.  C.S Christian nearly returns their entire roster but lose their top rebounder and #4 scorer from a year ago.  C.S Christian though returns plenty of top talent with Rose Ross (18.1 ppg) and Jordyn Rollins (11.4 ppg) both back.
#3Centauri

Lost in the Elite 8 to Wiggins
Centauri made the State Tournament last year falling in the Elite 8 back-to-back years.  Centauri will look to break thru this year but will have to replace their top two scorers from last year.  Centauri will look for Joselyn McCarroll (7.9 ppg) and Rylie McCarroll (7.4 ppg) to take huge steps forward this year.
#4Yuma

Lost in the Sweet 16 to Cedaredge
Yuma did not make it to the State Tournament falling to Cedaredge in the Regional Finals.  Yuma will have their eyes on the State Tournament and a deep run this year.  Yuma returns 4 of their top 5 scorers but lose their top scorer from a year ago.  Look for Taryn Sheffield (8.0 ppg) and Berkley Nighswonger (6.6 ppg) to fill bigger roles this season.
#5St. Mary’s

Lost in the Sweet 16 to Denver Christian
St. Mary’s missed out on the State Tournament last year losing to Denver Christian in the regional finals.  St. Mary’s was led by a young core last year and they will hope the experience helps them this year. St. Mary’s will look to build on last season and look for Jaela Pedro (14.8 ppg) and Kylie Nail (12.1 ppg) to lead this year.
#6Denver Christian

Runners Up lost to Resurrection Christian
Denver Christian made the State Tournament last year falling in the State Championship to Resurrection Christian.  Denver Christian will have some reloading to do this year losing 3 of their top 5 scorers from last year.  Denver Christian will return key leadership in Natalie Bohannon (12.7 ppg) and Teagan Fuller (7.6 ppg).
#7Thomas MacLaren

Lost in Sweet 16 to Salida
Thomas MacLaren did not make the State Tournament last year falling in the Regional Finals to Salida.  Thomas MacLaren had a very successful year winning over 20 games and were led by a junior heavy team.  Thomas MacLaren will have their eyes on Denver this year and look for Sara Christensen (16.1 ppg) and Sarae Johnson (12.6 ppg) to break out this year.
#8Roaring Fork

Lost in Sweet 16 to Strasburg
Roaring Fork did not make the State Tournament last year falling in the Regional Finals to Strasburg.  Roaring Fork will lose their top scorer rom a year ago plus other key depth pieces.  Roaring Fork will return their #2 & #3 Scorers from a year ago in Riley Bevington (16.5 ppg) and Nikki Tardif (10.9 ppg).  Who else steps up is the key for Roaring Fork.
#9Meeker

Lost at Regionals to Strasburg
Meeker did not make it to the State Tournament falling in the opening round of regionals to Strasburg.  Meeker was younger last season led by juniors and sophomore and should take a big step forward this year.  Rylee Sullivan (15.0 ppg) and Kayla Castillo (10.8 ppg) look to lead Meeker into a deeper run.
#10Wiggins

Lost in the 3rd Place Game to C.S Christian
Wiggins took 4th place last year losing in the 3rd place game to C.S Christian.  Wiggins will have a key player to fill in their top scorer but return the rest of the roster.  If the rest of the roster can step up Wiggins could easily be a top 4 team.  Karsyn Kerr (7.3 ppg) and Tenleigh Lorenzini (6.1 ppg) must have breakout seasons for the Tigers.
#11Resurrection Christian

Defending State Champions
Resurrection Christian is your defending State Champions.  They will be in reloading mode as they lose their top 5 scorers from a year ago.  They will look for Tatum Van Pelt (3.3 ppg) and Jenna Kennedy (1.3 ppg) to step up and lead this year. 
#12Lyons

Lost at Regionals to Roaring Fork
Lyons did not make it to the State Tournament last year falling in the opening round of Regionals to Roaring Fork.  Lyons could make a deeper run this year and will look for their core of juniors to lead the way.  Ava Vasquez (9.9 ppg) and Leora Hagan (8.3 ppg) look to breakout in their junior year.
#13Highland

Lost in the Sweet 16 to Wiggins
Highland did not make it to the State Tournament falling in the Regional Championship to Wiggins.  Highland was a young team last year besides their top scorer who graduated but still could be a team to watch.  Highland will look to Paislee Watson (10.2 ppg) and Nikki Quinones (8.6 ppg) to break out this season.
#14Windsor Charter

Lost at Regionals to C.S Christian
Windsor Charter did not make it to the State Tournament falling to C.S Christian in the first round of regionals.  Windsor Charter will return a loaded roster from last year including their top 5 scorers from last season.  Windsor Charter will look for a deeper playoff run and look for Sadie Curry (8.7 ppg) and Ella Grasmick (8.5 ppg) to breakout this year.
#15North Fork

Lost at Regionals to Wiggins
North Fork did not make it to the State Tournament falling in the opening round of regionals to Wiggins.  North Fork return most of their roster losing just two seniors from last year’s team.  Alyssa Lovelace (11.0 ppg) and Meri Hollembeak (9.1 ppg) both return to lead North Fork into 2026.
#16Vanguard  

Lost at Regionals to Thomas MacLaren
Vanguard did not make it to the State Tournament falling in the first round of regionals to Thomas MacLaren.  Vanguard do have a key piece to replace in their top scorer but return key pieces.  Lily Blanchard (11.7 ppg) and Katelyn Wetters (7.4 ppg) must step up as leaders this season.
