Girls Wrestling Update by Carlos V

Happy wrestling season. The season is upon us once again. I will be covering the girls season this year, as I will be helping coach at Del Norte High School.

For this week school will be starting off with duals triangular and tournaments either Friday or Saturday.

Teams will be all over the state going to tournaments.

On Friday Pueblo Central will be hosting with 6 top ten teams in 4a. And very other tough teams will be in attendance.

Also Greelywest invite which will have a mixture of 4a and 5a teams. Also the Wolverine classic held by Bayfield, which will have alot of teams from the San Juan area.

On Saturday Arapahoe high school will host as well as Soroco. These tournaments will have a mixture of teams in attendance.

Alot of action for the opening weekend. Cant wait to bring you information and updates throughout the season.
