
MileHigh Prep Report Boys Basketball Week 8 Rankings
We are in full swing of League games and lots of quality games and plenty of movement in the rankings. My 3 #1’s all remain the same this week but there are plenty of new teams in the rankings this week.

Notes: The Top 6 all stay the same this week despite some losses to Top 10 teams. Two new teams join the rankings this week. Bayfield jumps into the Top 10 again at #8 and Delta also joins the rankings at #10. Alamosa has lost 3 straight games and falls out of the rankings and Gunnison lost to Roaring Fork and fall out of the rankings. |

Notes: Big shake up in 1A after a few upsets. The top 3 all remain the same. Haxtun and Peetz both were upset this weekend and drop in the rankings. Haxtun drops to #6 and Peetz to #7. Walsh and Kit Carson move up to #4 and #5. Springfield lost to Kit Carson but move up to #8 and Evangelical Christian also moves up 1. Prairie moves into the rankings with the upset over Peetz. Prairie did lose head to head to Merino, but Merino 4-8 record keeps them 1 spot out of the rankings. Cheraw also was upset in OT by Cheyenne Wells and falls out of the rankings. |
